Jon Gosling is a highly experienced, trained facilitator and workshop leader. He has worked with children and young adults as a qualified Football Association Coach and with adults in a variety of roles, holding session with varied groups which have spanned a corporate career of over 40 years. He has worked with a diverse groups and individuals ranging from community settings to senior executives in Fortune 500 companies. After training as a somatic educator he focussed professionally on the power of touch and now leads workshops which focus, in particular, on consent and personal boundaries with a broad range of audiences. He has Enhanced DBS clearance and has completed Safeguarding Foundation Training.
Sheela Sodha discovered her passion after training as a somatic educator and appreciating the value of concepts such as ‘boundaries’, ‘consent’ and ‘integrity’. Since then she has led workshops exploring these concepts with audiences using the leadership skills and managerial experience she obtained from her MBA and a corporate career in IT Project Management which has spanned over 25 years. She now works solely with touch philosophy and the impact of this work with adult audiences has inspired her to take this work to younger groups where she feels it has even greater relevance. Sheela has Enhanced DBS clearance and has completed Safeguarding Foundation Training.
